You can record yourself on Teams by starting a meeting without inviting others, on condition that you are a subscriber of Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, E5, F3, A1, A3, A5, M365 Business, Business Premium, or Business Essentials. In such a case, you can use the built-in Record feature in the platform to start or stop recording according to your needs.
If you want to record yourself on Teams without a meeting or capture yourself in a group meeting, you need third-party screen recording software like SurFlex Screen Recorder. It provides screen recording and webcam recording features, allowing you to record a video of yourself in various situations:
